Content creator and comedian Terence Creative has shared a candid reflection on his journey from addiction to recovery, crediting his wife, Milly Chebby, for standing by him during his darkest days.

Speaking on Thursday, September 25, 2025, Terence revealed that his life as an addict and chain smoker almost destroyed him. However, the patience and consistency of his then-girlfriend, now wife, gave him the strength to make a turnaround.

“This is how I used to look when I was an addict and chain smoker. My then girlfriend, now my wife, always took me to the club, I’d drink my two beers, and then we’d go home,” he shared.

Terence recalled how Milly supported him financially and emotionally for over four years without complaint, even paying nearly all their bills at the time. He emphasized that her unwavering love and discipline helped him detach from destructive habits and reclaim his destiny.

Now a household name with more than three million followers across social platforms, Terence advised women in relationships to support their partners during tough times without disrespecting them.

“If he is not financially stable and you are, support him and respect him until he is stable. Don’t embarrass your man in public. One day he will be stable, and he will uplift you in return,” he said.

His message came shortly after online creator Alma Mutheu went public about frustrations with her long-term boyfriend, Gift Muziq, whom she claimed she had supported for two years.

Terence’s story underscores not only the power of resilience and second chances but also the critical role of support systems in personal transformation.
