Prime Cabinet Secretary (PCS) Musalia Mudavadi has praised the Kenyan Police Service as one of the most professional security forces globally. Speaking during the homecoming ceremony of Dr. Amani Komora, the newly appointed Chairperson of the National Police Service Commission (NPSC), in Oda Village, Tana River, Mudavadi highlighted the force’s participation in over 50 international peace missions as a testament to their professionalism.

Mudavadi lauded Kenyan officers for their exemplary conduct during the recent 15-month peace mission in Haiti, noting that not a single case of human rights abuse had been reported. He urged Dr. Komora to uphold and enhance the high standards set by his predecessor, Eliud Kinuthia, emphasizing the need for continued discipline, order, and global respect.

The PCS also called on residents and leaders in Tana River County to maintain peace and harmony, noting that a stable environment attracts investors and fosters economic growth. Projects such as the Galana Kulalu initiative, he said, can only thrive in peaceful conditions.

Mudavadi further commended Dr. Komora for his dedication to national cohesion and institutional integrity, describing his leadership as an inspiration to Kenya’s youth and a reflection of the values that strengthen the nation.
