Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has humorously weighed in on his uncanny resemblance to internet sensation Cyrus Kinuthia, popularly known as RiggyG Junior, after the two finally crossed paths in the United States.

Gachagua, who is currently on an extensive tour of the US, shared details of their encounter on social media on Monday, September 7, 2026. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Maa Culture Evening engagement held in Spokane, Washington State.

Describing Cyrus as a vibrant and energetic social media enthusiast, Gachagua noted that the Seattle-based Kenyan originally hails from Kikuyu in Kiambu County. The former DP couldn't resist posing the ultimate question to his online followers regarding their striking facial similarities.
