National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichung’wah has mobilized Narok residents to back United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate Robert Kudate in the upcoming Narok Town Ward by-election.

In a statement posted on the party’s official X account on Saturday, November 15, 2025, UDA confirmed that Ichung’wah and other party leaders held a meeting in Narok town, urging voters to support Kudate’s bid for the Member of County Assembly seat. The function, organized by Narok West MP Gabriel Tongoyo at the carwash area, brought together prominent UDA figures, including National Treasurer and Kitutu Chache North MP Japheth Nyakundi, Narok North MP Agnes Pareyio, and nominated MP Sabina Chege.

Former Narok County Governor Samuel Kuntai ole Tunai, former Narok South MP Korei Lemein, and several local MCAs also attended the campaign event. The gathering highlighted UDA’s efforts to consolidate support ahead of the polls.

The campaign comes in the lead-up to the November 27, 2025, by-elections, as announced by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). The commission has scheduled the elections in two batches, with Returning and Deputy Returning Officers appointed to oversee the polls.
