Bondo, Siaya County – Authorities have arrested a police officer in connection with a spate of violent robberies reported in Bondo sub-county last week.

According to a police incident report filed at Bondo Police Station, Police Constable Mark Owino was apprehended on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Holo Police Station at around 7:40 pm.
