Comedian Eric Omondi has visited content creator Georgina Njenga at Chiromo Hospital Group following her admission for mental health care.
Omondi shared an update on Friday, October 2, 2026, showing him arriving at the facility with fruit before spending time with Georgina. The two were later seen taking a walk around the hospital as they talked.
In his social media update, Eric described the visit as “Day 1 of 90” and called for continued prayers and support for Georgina during her treatment.
He said the early stages of the journey could be difficult but expressed hope that she would emerge stronger.
Georgina Begins Treatment at Chiromo
Georgina was admitted to Chiromo Hospital Group on Friday after growing public concern over some of her recent social media posts.
Footage shared by Eric showed Georgina arriving at the facility accompanied by him and several friends. The group completed the admission process before she settled into the facility.
Eric had earlier said that Georgina was expected to remain under care for at least three months and appealed to well-wishers to assist with the cost of her treatment through her mother.
The admission followed several days of concern surrounding Georgina's public posts, with people close to her seeking to ensure that she received professional support.
Eric Previously Sought Help to Locate Georgina
Before visiting her at the hospital, Eric had appealed publicly for assistance in locating Georgina after becoming concerned about her wellbeing.
His appeal followed a social media post shared by Georgina on September 29 that referred to death and prompted concern among some of her followers.
Rather than speculating about her circumstances, Eric subsequently focused on helping her access professional mental health care.
The latest development marks a shift from public appeals for assistance to direct support as Georgina begins treatment.
Chiromo Provides Mental Health Services
Chiromo Hospital Group provides a range of mental health services, including psychiatric assessments, psychotherapy, counselling, medication management, inpatient and outpatient care, as well as emergency and crisis intervention.
The facility also describes recovery as extending beyond clinical treatment, with psychological rehabilitation focusing on areas such as relationships, everyday functioning, independence and reintegration into the community.
As Georgina begins her treatment, Eric has continued to encourage people around her to offer patience, privacy and support.
The focus now remains on allowing her to receive professional care while her family, friends and well-wishers support her through the recovery process.
